The Warehouse is a pet-friendly rental community and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. The Warehouse believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We accept cats and dogs, each subject to a $300.00 deposit, in addition to $60.00 a month in pet rent for a dog and $40.00 for a cat. Breed restrictions apply.
