World Health Day was fist observed on April 7, 1950. World Health Day aims to bring awareness and highlight a different area of concern year. Some of the different themes since World Health Day first started have been mental health, maternal health, diabetes, and food safety. The theme of World Health Day 2021 is "building a fairer, healthier world for everyone. There are many ways one can celebrate World Health Day, you can go for a nature hike, eat healthy and plan out your meals, practice yoga or mindful meditation.
